Understanding the human brain

When you look at the human brain, you need to understand that there is a difference between the conscious and the subconscious and one of the concepts about the subconscious is that there is no §time in the subconscious, everything is in the present. So when you have a memory for example, even though the memory is something that is in the past your brain pulls it into the subconscious and it gets illuminated or revealed in the subconscious, and while that memory is playing in your subconscious mind, your brain experiences it as if it is happening at the moment.
