As an experienced life and executive coach, I specialize in providing effective solutions to help teams achieve their full potential, optimize productivity, and reach their desired outcomes. I understand that when teams are not functioning at their best, it can lead to a significant loss in productivity, decreased employee satisfaction, and negative impact on the company's bottom line.
The Executive Coaching programme is tailored to meet the unique needs of each team. We work with you to identify the underlying issues, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome any obstacles that may be hindering team progress. My approach is collaborative, and I work closely with your team to ensure that they have the necessary tools and skills to succeed.
As an expert in the field of team dynamics, communication, and leadership, I will help you identify and leverage the strengths of each team member, develop effective communication strategies, and foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and mutual respect.
Each Executive Coaching sessions can be tailor-made to your company’s specific needs, budget and time constraints. Ideally this is a full-day session working with senior executives as a group as well as one-on-one sessions, but it is adaptable and can be modified as needed. These sessions are not designed to be short-lived motivational moments. Instead, they help create long-lasting improvements in organisations by helping employees and employers take back control over their mental health.
In essence, NLP is primarily about the combinations and understanding of human behaviors in language and how it all influences one’s effectiveness in communication.
How we think affects absolutely everything we do. But did you know that your thinking preferences do not need to be a mystery? Thinking preferences can be accurately measured! This insight can then be used to bolster your uniqueness, as well as be a starting point for covering any areas where you may be working against yourself.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a modelling approach that offers a toolkit of ways to deal with life’s opportunities and challenges. It is a very practical discipline, concerned with bringing results into the real world. To put it another way, NLP is an approach for deep inner engineering. It is a powerful approach to communication and personal development that empowers people to have greater control over their emotional state. NLP fundamental skills and tools give you the ability to be at your best more often by effectively managing your thoughts and feelings.
Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Bound
The SMART framework provides the framework for setting clear, attainable goals in project management. The acronym stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. A SMART goal incorporates all of these elements to bring greater clarity, focus, and motivation, which help increase the odds of successfully achieving the desired results.
DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DiSC model: (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness. DiSC assessments are used in thousands of organizations around the world, from sprawling government agencies and Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and small businesses. The reason is simple: DiSC profiles help build stronger, more effective working relationships.
People with D personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing the bottom-line results.
People with I personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.
People with S personalities tend to be dependable and place an emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.
People with C personalities tend to place the emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.
Raise self-awareness: Constructive change begins with self-knowledge. DiSC profiles show you how you respond to conflict, what motivates you or stresses you out, and how you solve problems.
Improve teamwork: Teams are where things get done in the modern workplace. DiSC profiles teach you how to improve communication and understanding between team members.
Make conflict more productive: DiSC profiles can turn conflict into a positive, productive exercise that helps your organization move forward boldly.
Develop stronger sales skills: DiSC profiles can also help improve your effectiveness in sales situations. Understanding and adapting to your customers’ styles is essential for connecting on a human level and seeing each other "eye to eye”
Manage more effectively: Leaders become more naturally effective when they understand the dispositions and preferred working styles of their employees and other team members.
Train without judgment: No one likes to be judged. DiSC profiles level the playing field by giving trainers and trainees the non-judgmental information they need to train more effectively.

The effect of colour is visible on the body, mind and well as spiritual levels of a person. The effect of colour therefore on the body takes place through the eyes, the skin and what the person eats. The assessment process enables the practitioner, counsellor or individual to understand and to intervene effectively relating to a specific identified condition within the body and/or mind.
The use of colour also indicates suppressed emotions and with the full understanding thereof a person can be assisted to better his living standards in making a few lifestyle changes. Different methods or techniques are thus used to expose the person to the working of colour. The physiology of colour further takes place within the person’s brain resulting in a specific behaviour pattern.
The uniqueness of colour comes to the fore especially when dealing with people who do not want to talk. The integration of the different colours bring about physical health, emotional stability as well as healing on different functional levels in the person’s day-to-day living.
